Refund Policy

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.

If more than 14 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received

For hygiene-sensitive products, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  • Lingerie
  • Tights
  • Selected personal care items
How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A clear photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Your contact details

Once reviewed, we will provide further return instructions.

Refunds

After your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Returns must be sent to our international return facility in China.

Return shipping costs start from approximately €20 and are fully at the customer’s expense.

Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Products

  • We will send a replacement free of charge
  • If the issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund
Order Cancellation

Due to our automated order processing system, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
